Our Expertise

Some of Our Clients

Africa MediaWorks Ltd.

Africa MediaWorks is a UK-registered media company, an integrated producer and commercial broadcaster creating and distributing high-quality African content across multiple platforms. We worked with them to launch their general entertainment channel YANGA! TV, which broadcasts a wide range of family content. We were particularly integral in setting up the channel’s preschool programming block ‘FIZZI’ and supporting their marketing and digital campaign strategy.

No More Malaria Campaign

We were commissioned by Cast Me, a London & Prague based award-winning casting Agency to recruit children voice-over artists for an important charity campaign to fight malaria in vulnerable communities. They specifically wanted native speaking children from the following regions: Mozambique (Portuguese Speaker), Nigeria (Hausa Speaker) and Senegal (French Speaker).

Heritage Toy Group

We were contracted by Heritage Toy Group, a toy manufacturing company to help with the development of Yoruba language children’s education toys to be marketed and distributed worldwide. We project managed and oversaw the implementation and development of the sound recordings for the Yoruba Activity Board and Teddy Bear Toy.

Alitheia Capital

Alitheia Capital is a fund management company based in Nigeria and South Africa. The company sought our expertise when venturing into gamification and launching an e-platform which was aimed at educating users on financial literacy. We helped them conceptualise and project manage the creation of their ‘Yellow Cowries’ financial literacy playing cards.

Surrey Cricket Foundation

Surrey Cricket Foundation sought our expertise in their bid to make cricket more accessible to all and to get more women and girls from local and diverse communities involved in the game and the opportunities it brings. We worked with them to run cricket taster sessions/workshops for women and girls of African heritage.

Turtle Taido – Cartoon character’s Mascot visit to London

The popular children’s cartoon ‘Turtle Taido’ features a cute bubbly turtle who travels around the country and learns a lot about Nigeria, the people, the culture and animals on his journeys. We worked with the creator of Turtle Taido Muyiwa Kayode to plan the fun-filled and activities-packed family event where children got to meet and take pictures with the Turtle Taido mascot brought all the way from Nigeria.

Kọ́lá Túbọ̀sún – ‘Edwardsville by Heart’ book launch

We planned and managed the U.K. book launch of ‘Edwardsville by Heart’, a collection of poetry by Nigerian writer and linguist, Kọ́lá Túbọ̀sún. The event titled ‘An evening of poetry and discourse with Kọ́lá Túbọ̀sún – ‘Edwardsville by Heart’ was hugely successful as we invited influential panellists and guests and promoted it heavily on social media.

Tiwalade Ajeigbe – ‘Òjó Ìjàpá Múra’ book launch

We planned and hosted the U.K. book launch of US-based author Tiwalade Ajeigbe’s children’s book, Òjó Ìjàpá Múra – Ojo Ijapa gets ready. The delightful story is written in both English and Yoruba and is aimed at children who want to learn to speak the language, or for parents from a Yoruba background who want their children to be bilingual and grow up maintaining links to their cultural past. The event included singing and arts and crafts activities to enjoy after the Story-time session.
