Fees and Funding

Simple and transparent

High-quality early education with clear pricing and inclusive daily care.

Our daily rate is £65 per day.

We are open Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 4:00pm, term time only. We also offer holiday clubs outside of term time.

Our daily fee is inclusive of:

  • Nutritious meals, snacks and drinks
  • All activities and learning experiences
  • Consumables (e.g. everyday care materials, craft materials and hygiene supplies)

Parents are welcome to drop off and pick up at times that suit them within the day, however, the daily rate remains fixed.

Minimum Attendance

We require a minimum attendance of 2 days per week.

This is because regular attendance supports:

  • Consistent language development (especially for bilingual learning)
  • Continuity in learning and routines
  • Strong relationships with practitioners and peers

Government Funding

We accept all eligible government funding schemes.

  • 15 hours funded childcare for eligible 2 year olds
  • 15 hours universal funding for all 3 – 4 year olds
  • 30 hours extended funding for eligible working families

Check your eligibility

To check your eligibility for government funding, visit the Best Start in Life website. You can apply for your child’s funding via HMRC.

Important Information About Funded Places

The Early Years Entitlement funding is intended to support high-quality childcare and education.

It does not cover:

  • Meals, snacks or drinks
  • Consumables
  • Additional activities and experiences

Additional Charges for Funded Children

For children accessing funded hours, we charge £8 per day to cover:

  • Lunch, snacks and drinks
  • Enrichment activities

Families are welcome to provide a packed lunch for their child. However, where possible, we encourage children to enjoy the lunch they have prepared together as part of our daily learning experience.

Preparing and eating lunch together supports independence, social skills and healthy eating habits, while making mealtimes a fun and meaningful part of the day. It also allows us to maintain consistent standards around allergy management, infection control and safe supervision.

If your child has specific dietary requirements or allergies, please speak to us so we can work with you to ensure they are safely supported.

Holiday Clubs

We offer holiday clubs during school holidays for existing and new families. Further details and booking information will be shared in advance.
